Charming, lovely, unique!
Every word in the description is true: this apartment is really lovingly restored to a high standard, cosy and charming. It is very well equipped and comfortably furnished. This is a wonderful private home where everything matches very tastefully with the ancient walls, even the mirror and the lamp in the bathroom! We spent two very happy weeks there, enjoying not only the charme of "Casa Prisca", but also enjoying life in the medieval heart of this lovely ancient Borgo.
The car park is only a few steps away, you can get everything you need for breakfast or evening meal in the nearby Coop, or even better in Gianluca’s shop just round the corner with a smile in addition. And for an evening stroll in a lovely small medieval Borgo you don’t have to drive, just step out of the door!
As it was unusually cold, we benefited from the modern central heating. In reverse, the thick walls will keep the apartment cold in hot summer days.
We would definitely choose "Casa Prisca" again!

The 4 days that changed our life!
Beautiful house in Buonconvento, ideal starting point to visit Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Montalcino and more. Perfectly maintained, clean and very well equipped. We would like to come back soon beacause it was a fantastic experience!

Buonconvento Borgo House
We are home now and I'm delighted to say our holiday was wonderful. The apartment is fabulous and was perfect for us. I love your style! Buonconvento is beautiful and almost magical with its medieval walls and cobbled streets. It was great that everything we wanted was nearby - restaurants, shops, station and swimming pool (we went there every day). And the amazing weather was an added bonus.

Our Tuscan Home
Great home base for our Tuscan experience !!! You get to stay in an ancient borgo !!! The apartment far exceeds our expectation. It is spacious, well-equipped and utterly romantic. There are numerous shops within easy walking distance if you feel like home-cooked meals. There is also a big supermarket 5 mins drive away but mostly we enjoyed going to Mario as the food is so delicious. Thanks Prisca for your recommendation !!!
We found the place central to explore Tuscany. We drove to numerous towns like Siena, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Arezzo, Florence and the Chianti.
The owner is pleasant to deal with but we did not have a chance to meet her as she doesn't live locally. We must mention Patrizia who looks after us, she is so lovely !!!
We love this place. Unlike a hotel, this feels like home. We can gladly live here as long as we could.

"We don't usually rate every category 5/5 but this was one of the nicest places we have every stayed. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated and the kitchen was one of the best equipped we have ever been in. We loved the little town of Buonconvento and it was ideally situated for hiking in southern Tuscany and visiting many charming and interesting villages in the area."

Homelidays Reviews
"Le fotografie, anticipano solo in parte, quanto l''appartamento spazioso e arioso, sito nel centro del piccolo borgo, offre. Impeccabile l''arredamento. Utensili, posate, suppellettili e qualsiasi attrezzatura di ottima fattura. Il tutto contribuisce a vivere il soggiorno in casa, in maniera oltremodo gradevole. Il luogo è tranquillo e riposante. Ottimi i servizi comodi e vicini. Ideale come base per girare la provincia di Siena. Le mura della casa sono talmente spesse che anche in agosto, la temperatura all''interno rimane fresca fino a sera. Senza trascurare il fatto che le zanzariere fissate alle finestre, non permettono l''entrata a nessun insetto. Amabile è il termine che meglio riassume come con gusto, stile, precisione e organizzazione, l'appartamento si presenta. Più che ritornarci, è semplicemente una casa da rivivere".

A Tuscan Jem
We stayed for a week in this wonderful apartment in September 2009. It is situated just inside the ancient town walls in a quiet street but just two minutes from the heart of town and shops and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated with pastel colours and paintings that reflect the Tuscan region. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for cooking and dining and so we made the most of the wide range of local produce. Buonconvento is a lovely medieval town off the usual tourist trail. For us it was an ideal base for exploring the art and architectural delights of Siena and the towns of the Val d'Arbia.

Local restaurant Da Mario is great and fab pasrty and meat shops nearby, with great market on Saturday. Very close for touring to the best small hill towns in the region.
